i got a good grade from IELTS.

a band of 8 out of 9.

good enough for having english as a second language.

wish granted: rain on summertime

last sunday morning, i missed the rain. somebody must've been listening from upstairs. a few minutes after, rain fell...on summertime!

a sweet blessing

a friend of my hunny came in from bicol. his brother arrived from denmark. we were given a chocolate directly from denmark...and not from the duty free here in manila.

ash wednesday

yesterday is ash wednesday. we heard mass at the lobby of my hunny's building together. imposition of ash is made after the mass.

this is one of the rare times that me and my hunny would meet on a lunch time during office hours.

definitely summer!

as i was walking my way to office, gust of hot wind is blowing against my face.

i guess summer is here. good thing i wore only a shirt to office.

weather is too hot. get ready for the summer heat!!!

nice calamari

last night we had a nice calamari.

dish is fast. but it may be quicker if you disregard your cleanliness etiquette!

valentine treat

after getting a valentine blessing from church, we went straight home as this is the worst time to go out on a date as the restaurants are jam packed.

upon reaching home, my brother-in-law asked us to dine at a nearby KFC.

we had a bucket of chicken, mac salad, mashed potatoes and rootbeer.

near KFC is a dimsum stall selling dimsum and mami noodles. they have an ongoing promo of a buy 1 take 1 mami. we got a wanton noodle and had it together with KFC.
