we had a nice dinner last night.
we had boiled trotters
1 kilo pig's trotters cut into very large chunks. 1 leg is cut into 4 pieces only.
onions
leeks
carrots
potatoes
bokchoi
chinese cabbage
1 beef cube/stock flavor
boil the pig's trotters. once it reached a rolling boil, drain the pot and discard all the stock.
add fresh water again into the pot. boil the pork till tender.
add sliced leeks, onions, carrots and cubed potatoes.
add the beef stock flavor to enhance the stock flavor.
when pork is very tender, add the bokchoi and the chinese cabbage.
simmer for 2 minutes and serve very hot!!!
